Annual Meeting

The annual business meeting of the members of Little River Electric Cooperative, Inc. was live streamed on Sept. 17 at 12:30 p.m. on the co-op’s Facebook page.

The official results from the annual meeting votes are below.

• Registered Members – 1,123
• Bylaw Votes – 1,008
• “Yes” – 739
• “No to reduce board size” – 94
• “No to all bylaw changes” – 175
• Election of one trustee for a three-year term. District No. 3, Michael A. Johnson, incumbent unopposed.
