Up-to-date contact information can potentially speed up the power restoration process during an outage. If you have changed or added phone numbers or your status has changed in any way, please let us know.
Four easy ways to update account information
Little River Electric Cooperative makes every effort to serve you in the most efficient way possible. One of the ways we do this is with our ongoing improvements in technology. Having correct account information is a vital component that ensures these improvements are effective. We offer four convenient ways for you to update your account information:
Members can easily update account information on LREC’s website. Simply go to the website and click the SmartHub link(s), log in to SmartHub, and select from the dropdown menu. This page allows you to enter and update your current account information.
Use this form to update your contact information if you are a current member or past member.
Change your account information over the phone by calling our member service department at 1 (800) 459-2141 (toll-free) or 864-366-2141 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fridays, and a friendly Member Services Representative will gladly assist you.
Changes to your account can be made at the same time you pay your bill. Just let the Member Services Representative know that you need to update your account information. Please take a few moments to verify that the information we have on file is up-to-date, even if you think your account information is correct.
