Each year, our Annual Meeting gives us a special opportunity to connect with the members who make Little River Electric Cooperative so unique. While the meeting serves an important purpose in conducting the business of your cooperative, it has also become a tradition our employees look forward to year after year.

Our drive-thru registration days are about much more than checking in for the Annual Meeting—they’re an opportunity for us to spend time with the people we are privileged to serve.
Our employees look forward to these days all year long. We genuinely enjoy getting out into the communities we serve, catching up with familiar faces, welcoming new members to the cooperative family, watching children grow into future cooperative members and leaders, and, of course, meeting the furry companions who enjoy the ride just as much as their owners. Those conversations, smiles and handshakes remind us that Little River Electric is more than power lines and poles—it’s people, families and communities.
Planning for the Annual Meeting begins months in advance because we know your time is valuable. Our employees take great pride in making every drive-thru registration as convenient and efficient as possible, ensuring traffic flows smoothly so you can get in, get registered, and be on your way with minimal wait. While we strive to make the process quick, we always appreciate the opportunity to slow down for a moment, say hello and thank you for allowing us to serve you.
As you visit one of our drive-thru registration locations, we invite you to consider making a monetary donation to support our Operation Round Up Annual Meeting Food Pantry Drive. Every dollar collected during registration is distributed by the Little River Electric Trust Board to local food pantries throughout the counties we serve, helping stock shelves for families in need. Thanks to the generosity of our members, this Annual Meeting tradition has provided much-needed assistance to our neighbors for years. With your continued support, we can make an even greater impact this year. Every gift, no matter the amount, helps provide hope and nourishment to families in our local communities.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you and your family. We hope you’ll stop by one of our drive-thru registration locations, say hello, and then join us online for our 2026 Annual Meeting. We can’t wait to see you!
