The annual business meeting of the members of Little River Electric Cooperative, Inc. was live streamed by Little River Electric on Sept. 13 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting can be viewed above or on our Facebook page. There was no in-person attendance.
The purpose of the meeting was to take action on the following matters:
1. The reports of officers, trustees, and committees.
2. Election of one trustee for a three-year term. The following were nominated by petition per the bylaws: District No. 3 – Michael A. Johnson incumbent District No. 3 – Jessie E. Hammonds, Jr
3. And, any other business which may come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Prizes were drawn at the close of the business meeting to members holding lucky tickets and have been posted below and on our Facebook page. Only members who have registered were eligible.
