- Dist. 2 – Mary Beth Parker 637 – 45.99%
- Dist. 7 – Wayne Erwin 1202 – 88.71%
- Distr.7 – Zanetta Miller 153 – 11.29%

Official Notice of the 2024 Annual Meeting
Little River Electric employee Joe Wallace registers a member at the 2023 registration event in McCormick. Once again, LREC will have electronic voting at the time of registration for trustee election.
The annual business meeting of the members of Little River Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be live streamed by Little River Electric on Sept. 14 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting can be viewed on our Facebook page. No in-person attendance.
The purpose of the meeting is to take action on the following matters:
1. The reports of officers, trustees, and committees.
2. Election of two trustees for a three-year term. The following has been nominated by petition per the bylaws:
District No. 2 – Mary Beth Parker
District No. 2 – Sandra Campbell
District No. 7 – Wayne Erwin
District No. 7 – Zanetta Miller
3. And, any other business which may come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. Prizes will be drawn at the close of the business meeting to members holding lucky tickets and will be posted on our Facebook page. Only members who have registered will be eligible.

Registration ends at Noon on Sept. 14. The livestreamed-only meeting begins at 12:30 p.m.
Once again, we will have electronic voting at the time of registration for trustee election.
QUORUM – As per the bylaws, 5% of our membership must be registered to meet the quorum for a legal meeting. Last year’s quorum was 568; over 1600 members registered.
BRING YOUR TICKET – Tickets for the Annual Meeting will be mailed in September. A photo ID is required to register, vote and win prizes. ONLY THE MEMBER WHOSE NAME IS ON THE TICKET WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER. Anyone registering for a church or business must also be on the ticket and have an ID.
REGISTRATION GIFT – Each registered member will receive a $25 bill credit and a 15 oz. Little River coffee mug.
PRIZE DRAWINGS – Four $500 Visa gift cards will be awarded along with numerous bill credits in our prize drawings. Winners will be posted on our Facebook page.
