Registration ends at Noon on Sept. 16. The livestreamed only meeting begins at 12:30 p.m.
Once again, we will have electronic voting at the time of registration for trustee election.
QUORUM As per the cooperative bylaws, 5% of our membership must be registered to meet the quorum for a legal meeting. Last year’s quorum was 565 and we had 1,128 to register. What a great turnout!
BRING YOUR TICKET Tickets for the Annual Meeting will be mailed in September.
A photo ID is required to register, vote and win prizes. ONLY THE MEMBER WHOSE NAME IS ON THE TICKET WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER. Anyone registering for a church or business must also be on the ticket and have an ID.
REGISTRATION GIFT Each registered member will receive a $30 bill credit.
PRIZE DRAWINGS Four $500 Visa gift cards will be awarded along with numerous bill credits in our prize drawings.

Official Notice of the 2023 Annual Meeting
The annual business meeting of the members of Little River Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be live streamed by Little River Electric on Sept. 16 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting can be viewed on our Facebook page.
The purpose of the meeting is to take action of the following matters:
- The reports of officers, trustees, and committees.
- Election of four trustees for a three-year term. The following has been nominated by petition per the bylaws:District No. 1 – Travis Burriss incumbent unopposed
District No. 4 – W.F.(Bill) Davis incumbent
District No. 4 – Joe M “Mike” Price
District No. 5 – W. Terry Ricketts incumbent unopposed
District No. 6 – Patsy W. Wilson incumbent unopposed - And, any other business which may come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Prizes will be drawn for at the close of the business meeting to members holding lucky tickets. Only members who have registered will be eligible.
