You asked for it, you got it! Once again, Little River’s Annual Meeting will have drive-thru registration. After COVID-19 forced us to change our way of meeting last year, we found Plan B wasn’t so bad. In fact, the event was appreciated by the majority of our 1,533 members who came out to register. While we seem to be getting back to some of our “old” ways of living, Little River would like to try the “new” way again.
Our 2021 Annual Meeting is planned for Saturday, September 25. We are still in the planning stages of registration times, dates, and locations. The official notice, board of trustee election information, registration prize, and more will be announced in your August South Carolina Living magazine. Please note, the August magazine will not go out until mid-August.
Registration information
Your registration ticket will be mailed in September. The ticket will come in an envelope that may look like a bill, so be careful not to discard it by mistake. We can make another ticket at registration if you lose yours but for quicker registration, please try to bring the original.
If your name is not on your electric bill when tickets are mailed, you will not be eligible to register, vote (if there is a contested election), receive a registration prize, or enter the prize drawings.
You must present a valid picture ID along with your ticket. Anyone registering for a church or business must also have their name on the bill. Only the member whose name is on the ticket will be allowed to register. Please check your bill to see if your name is listed. If not, call our office at (864) 366-2141 to find out how you can be added to your bill. Now is a good time to take care of this—you have plenty of time to make changes before the meeting.
